How much the shipping cost?
Economy shipping for United States is $9.99. Shipping over $100 is free!
Do you accept returns?
We want you to be happy with your purchase so if you are not completely satisfied you can exchanges or return your products for store credit under a few conditions. Returns/Exchanges can only be processed if product is unworn and ALL tags/seals are still in place. A tamper-evident seal will indicate that a seal or closure has been interfered with or removed and in that case we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. These measures are put in place so we can protect our customers and they can be sure that no one was trying on/wearing their product before them. Contact us 2 weeks after receiving the package for any exchange/return inquiries and we will provide the return address where you can ship your order back to us.
If you receive an item that is damaged, you may contact customer service within 7 days of your receipt date. In rare cases box get bent while getting transported to you, this is not considered receiving damaged or broken product.
How long is the processing and shipping of orders?
Please allow 7-9 business days for your domestic order to be processed and delivered. 10-25 business days on international orders. Tracking information will take 24-48 hours to update.
